View Fees Window

Use this window to review the fees a student has by year/term, billing period, or both. You can quickly determine if a student has received incorrect charges/refunds/adjustments.

How To

1. Access the View Fees window.

2. From the Display student fees table information related to options, select from the following:

· To view student fees as related to year/term, select the Year/Term option.

· To view student fees as related to billing period, select the Billing Period option.

· To display all student fees, select Both.

3. For the View Fees rows created/updated on this date or later date, update the date if necessary. The default date is the fiscal year and month set in the General Configuration window.

4. Click the Retrieve button.

5. The available refund element information appears.

To search for a specific ID, student, year, term, billing period, or bucket, click in the appropriate column heading on the top row to sort or filter the retrieved list.
