Your system must be configured to use a certain table to search in order to determine who will get charges and refunds generated for each term. This "driving table" is the primary table searched for a student's record(s). If the student has a record on the table, they are eligible for having charges generated. If they do not have a record or records on this table, they are not eligible for having charges generated.

We recommend that you do not change your organization's charges driving table in the middle of a term. This could result in unexpected charges or refunds. It is best to know which table suits your needs before you generate charges and use that table for a whole term. If you find that you need to change your selection, do so when starting the charges process for a new term. |
