This table contains a row for each student who has applied for admission at your organization and is maintained by the Admissions Office. This table can be used as a driver when an organization does not have the Registration module but does have the Admissions module. The query will take less time using this table than if using the Student Course History table.
Assuming that the Admissions Office creates a row for each student before charges are run and that the proper enrollment status column is current, this table can be easily used if your organization needs to generate charges for full-time tuition before enrollment. If you use this table, we recommend that you define and maintain a data element to reflect the student's actual attendance and enrollment.
