General Candidate Reports

The Admissions module has a number of programmed reports that allow the Admissions Office to view candidate information: Attributes, Counselor, Current Stage, Highest Test Score, Name, Program, Relationship, Requirement, Test Scores, and Year and Term.

Each of the above listed reports can be run for a single, many, or all of the school's candidates. If no additional criteria are used, a report will be generated for all candidates. However, you can choose one or more selection criteria prior to printing or previewing the report.

If you only want to see information regarding candidates whose last name is "Moore," you would type the last name "Moore" in the Available Candidates panel and press Enter. This selects from the database all candidates with the last name of "Moore." Select and drag them to the Selected Candidates panel.

On the right side of the window, click on Additional Options to produce a list of options that can be used as further selection criteria. Once you have located the additional criteria you wish to use, drag the criteria to the Selected Options panel of the window. When you drag the additional selection criteria to the Selected Options panel, be sure to drop the criteria directly on top of the "Selected Options" heading to prevent a mismatch error.

If you want to de-select the criteria in the Selected Options group box, click on it and press Enter to move it back to the Additional Options are. You can also click on the desired row(s) and drag the row(s) to the Additional Options group box.
