When the Additional Reports window opens, the credentials that were entered when logging into J1 Desktop to connect to the database will be used for running reports via this window.
To change the database user in which they are connected to this window, they can click the Change Database User button, if available. Security is attached to the Change Database User button. If you are not a member of an application group with access to this button, the button is not visible.
