1.    Access the PESC Admin Contact Function Definition window.

2.    To add a new contact function, select Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.

You can also make updates to existing contact functions you have created. You cannot change the Description of default data rows.

3.    Enter a code for the contact function in the Code column.

4.    Enter a description for the contact function in the Description column.

5.    To designate the order in which this contact function appears in the drop-down list, update the number in the Display Order column (you may need to update numbers for other contact functions).

6.    To activate the contact function, make sure the Active? checkbox is selected.

7.    To have the contact function appear in the PESC Contact Function drop-down list on the Electronic Transcripts Source Contact Profile Definition window, make sure the Display in drop-down? checkbox is selected.

To keep the value from appearing in the drop-down list, you must first deactivate it by deselecting the Active? checkbox.

8.    Click Save on the tool bar.

1.    Access the PESC Admin Contact Function Definition window.

2.    Locate the contact function you want to activate or deactivate.

·       Select the Active? checkbox to activate the contact function.

OR

·       Deselect the Active? checkbox to deactivate the contact function.

3.    Save your changes.

2.    Select the contact function you want to delete, and select Delete Row from the right-click or Options menu.

3.    Save your changes.
