1.         Open the Giving Club Definition window.

2.         To add a new giving club, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

3.         Type in the new Giving Club Code, Type, Description, and dates for the new giving club.

4.         Save.

5.         To enter additional information about the club, double-click on the row or right-click and select Edit Giving Club Definition.

6.         The Giving Club Detail window opens with the Details tab active.

7.         Enter or select values on the Details tab.

8.         To define levels of giving within the club, click on the Levels tab.

9.         To add a new giving club level, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

10.      Enter the club level code, description, lowest level, etc., for the level.

11.      Save.
