The Run Stage Change Process checkbox is only available if you as the logged-in user are a member of a group that has permission to use this checkbox.

1. Open the Recalculate Highest Test Scores window.

2. If you want to run the recalc for only one ID Number:

1. Click the Student ID radio button.

2. Enter the ID Number in the Student ID column.

3. Clear the Start From This ID checkbox.

4. Select the Run Stage Change Process checkbox if you also want to recalc the admission stage.

5. Click OK.

6. The Progress Bar shows the percentage of the recalc completed.

3. If you want to run the recalc for multiple sequential ID Numbers:

4. Click the Student ID radio button.

1. Enter the beginning ID Number in the Student ID column.

2. Select the Start From This ID checkbox. The process runs for all ID Numbers equal to or greater than the ID Number entered in the Student ID column.

3. Select the Run Stage Change Process checkbox if you also want to recalc the admission stage.

4. Click OK.

5. The Progress Bar shows the percentage of the recalc completed.

5. If you want to run the recalc for ID Numbers selected through a query:

1. Click the Selection Query radio button.

2. Choose the appropriate query from the drop-down list, and customize it if necessary.

3. Select the Run Stage Change Process checkbox if you also want to recalc the admission stage.

4. Click OK.

5. The Progress Bar shows the percentage of the recalc completed.

Superscore rows are included in the Test Score recalculations for the Highest Test Score column. However, they are not included in the Average Test Score calculations because including the higher Superscore composite and subject test score values would skew the averages. After you enter a new Superscore row and add details in the Edit Test Scores window, be sure the click No when prompted to recalculate the total composite score.
