Recalculate Highest Test Scores Window

Running this recalc process may be time-consuming.

If you change the definition of any tests (TEST_DEFINITION or TEST_ELEMENT_DEF), Jenzabar recommends you recalculate all highest test scores using this window.

·       To select specific student ID numbers for recalculation, select the Selection Query option and use the customizable d_id_tscores query.

The d_id_tscores query can be customized as needed by the Admissions and Registration offices.

·       To run the recalculation for one specific student ID number, select the Student ID radio button, enter the specific ID, and deselect the Start From This ID checkbox.

·       To run the recalculation for student ID numbers equal to or greater than a specific student ID number, select the Student ID radio button, enter the appropriate ID number, and select the Start From This ID checkbox.

The Run Stage Change Process checkbox is only available if you are a member of a group with the appropriate permissions. If available and selected, the highest test scores for each ID number are recalculated and a stage process is run for each ID number as well. It is possible that a candidate's stage would change as a result of a test recalculation.

Tests marked as Self-Reported are not included in the Highest Test Score or AD Requirements calculations.

Rows with the ‘Superscore’ Test Report Type are excluded in the recalculation process for the Average Test Scores. They are included, however, in the Highest Test Score calculations.
