This flag indicates that you want to select the Print box on the website when you are reporting. The form is printed there rather than in the J1 Desktop software.
If you are using Real-Time Interactive reporting, you must select the Print Form checkbox if you want the "Print Form" reminder to appear on the SEVIS Update Report. This serves as a reminder to you to request a form when updating the SEVIS website.
This column on the General tab of the International Students and Exchange Visitors window is updated by J1 Desktop when you respond to a prompt that displays when a transaction row that allows a print is created. This column is not editable.
This column on the Dependents tab of the International Students and Exchange Visitors window is required. The default is cleared (No). If you select this column, this record will print when a transaction row is created.
This column on the Site of Activity subtab of the International Students and Exchange Visitors window is required. The default is cleared (No). Select this checkbox if the site of activity needs to be deleted on the SEVIS website.
