Event and Action tracking is performed utilizing the Notepad function. It allows the entry of notes, actions, and action lists to an individual's file. Events can be defined with scheduled happenings within the event. This process can also manage which people and how many plan to attend any happening within the event.
Following are the functions of event management:
Assign individuals to a list of activities for a given event
Track attendance at the activities within the event
Produce lists of individuals attending specific activities for a given event
Attach actions such as confirmation letters to specific activities
