This tab displays the list of emergency contacts and some of their details. Select a row on this tab and click the Maintenance tab to display and edit details including the contact's address.

Use the right-click options Add Row or Insert Row to open the Maintenance tab with an empty row for you to enter emergency contact information.

Use this tab to enter and maintain the emergency contact information. The information is then summarized on the Emergency Contacts tab.

1.    Open the Emergency Contacts window.

2.    Enter the ID Number of the individual for whom you are entering emergency contact information, and press Enter.

3.    On the right-click menu, click either Add Row or Insert Row.
The Maintenance tab opens.

4.    Enter the appropriate information.

5.    Save.

If you add an emergency contact who already has an ID Number in the Name Master table, the contact information automatically populates the fields. However, if you edit that information in the Emergency Contacts window, it does not update the Name Master table.

1.    Open the Emergency Contacts window.

2.    Enter the ID Number of the individual for whom you are editing emergency contact information, and press Enter.

3.    On the Emergency Contacts tab, select the contact you want to update, and click the Maintenance tab.

4.    Edit the appropriate information.

5.    Save.

1.    On the Emergency Contacts tab, select the row you want to delete.

2.    Right-click and choose the Delete Row option.

3.    The following message appears: Emergency contact will be deleted and cannot be restored. Continue?

• If you click No, the process is aborted and you are returned to the Emergency Contacts window.

• If you click Yes, the row is deleted from the CM_EMERG_CONTACTS table and removed from the window. The row above the deleted row is then selected.

  If the deleted row was the only row on the window, the Maintenance tab appears for you to enter an emergency contact. Also, the Microhelp displays this message: Deletion of emergency contact successful.
