This window allows you to associate a distinct group of students with a Web Registration Group so that they are eligible for registration. Web Registration Groups are defined in the Web Registration Group Definition window.

A group can be established for seniors to provide them with an earlier registration time, therefore giving them the first priority for selecting courses. Other groups could be juniors, sophomores, and freshmen, together in another group or in separate groups. |
In order for a student to be able to add/drop courses, they must be assigned to a group and every group must be included on this window. If the group is not entered on this window, those students assigned to that group will be able to see only the query functions. Students can also be assigned to a group on the Student tab of the Student Information window.
You can also indicate if a particular Web Registration Group is required to receive Registration Clearance from advisors before being able to register for classes or are required to go through the Advisor Approval process for registration.
Use the following columns/checkboxes to enter your Selection Criteria to search for individual's registration groups. To search all available records, clear all selection criteria and click the Search button.
When you click the Search button, the following details about the ID Numbers that match the Selection Criteria are displayed:
