Term Begin and End Dates

The Term Begin Date and Term End Date on the NSC Transmittal Detail Records window are stored in the NSLC_TRANS_DETAIL table.

Term Begin Date

If the Non-Traditional Term checkbox is cleared for the Term Code on the NSC Term Definition window, then the Term Begin Date is from the Year Term table for that term in the NSC Registration Transaction row.

If the Non-Traditional Term checkbox is selected for the Term Code on the NSC Term Definition window, then the Term Begin Date is the earliest Begin Date from Student Course History for that student in the Non-Traditional term.

Term End Date

If the Non-Traditional Term checkbox is cleared for the Term Code on the NSC Term Definition window, then the Term End Date is from the Year Term table for that term in the NSC Registration Transaction row.

If the Non-Traditional Term checkbox is selected for the Term Code on the NSC Term Definition window, then the Term End Date is the latest End Date from Student Course History for that student in the Non-Traditional term.
