This window allows you to record when and where planned meetings for a Session Activity will occur. You must add a new row for each planned meeting.
When saving the row(s), you are notified of certain error conditions and given resolution options.

The Location/Building and/or Room may not be associated with the Session, or a room may be in conflict with another planned activity. In this case, the Schedule Conflict window appears, and the row is not saved. |
The Session and Activity are defaulted from the selected row in the Session Activities window and cannot be edited.
