Events Window

Prior to entering any information in Notepad, the following must be done:

1.    For any given entity, such entity must exist in the Name Master table.

2.    Any actions, action lists, events, or event lists must be defined prior to assignment to an ID Number.

This window is used to define specific events to use in Notepad.

 

You can assign an event code to a description, indicate start/end dates and times, and define the location with building and room designations.

You can add a new event by clicking on the New Event button, which opens the Event Schedule window in Add mode. An existing event can be edited by clicking on the Edit Event Details button, which opens the Event Schedule window in Modify mode.
