Submission Status is a group box in the Process Internet Submissions window.
When someone makes an internet submission (such as an admissions inquiry, an employment application, or a profile change, among many others), the submission is marked with a status from the following list:
When a user in campus portal (JICS) submits a form, the Status of that submission is dependent on the following conditions:

Includes a payment component (a payment is either required or optional) and a waiver code is submitted |

Unpaid |
If you wish to process an Unpaid submission even though the payment is missing, you can use the New Status drop-down and the Change Status button to move the submission to a Complete – Ready to Process status so that it can be processed. |
Payment is complete and marked as processed by the payment vendor’s application |
