Send Survey Window

Maintain Session Students window: Choose Send Survey from right-click or Options menu for Student

Issuing a survey requires that a survey including questions already be defined. A Session is specified and the student to whom the survey is to be sent must already be listed in the specified session. You can use the Send Survey window to send a survey to certain students or to all students for the specified Session.

If a student to whom you are sending this survey is not assigned to the session, a message notifies you that you cannot send the survey to the student.

How To

1. Open the Maintain Session Students window.

2. Specify the appropriate Session. The list of all students who are associated with the Session appears.

3. If you want to send a survey to one or more specific students in the Session, select the appropriate row(s).

4. Choose Send Survey from the right-click or Options menu.

5. The Send Survey window appears.

6. Type in or choose the Survey Code identifying which survey you are sending.

7. Choose the appropriate Send To value (either to students you selected on the previous window or to all Session students).

8. Click OK.
