Additional Criteria Tab

When the Additional Criteria tab is selected on the Transcript Report window, the system retrieves the default criteria unless other criteria were previously saved.

When the Additional Criteria tab is selected on the Transcript Report window, the system retrieves the default criteria unless other criteria were previously saved.

The criteria selected on the Additional Criteria tab impacts the previewing or printing of transcripts in two ways:

1.    You can print transcripts for courses in selected divisions:

a.    In the Transcript for Courses in Selected Divisions column, move the code for your undergraduate division to the adjacent window by highlighting the division to be moved and clicking Add. If you are working in the Transcript Report window, this option is not available.

b.    The transcripts that are previewed or printed will contain only the work that the student has taken as an undergraduate.

2.    You can limit the students that are moved to the Selected Students group box by selecting criteria in the Restrict Student Selection for: Holds/Division Group/Class Code/Location section:

a.    Holds: If you do not wish to print transcript with the "Unofficial Transcript" watermark for students with holds, select the Students without Holds checkbox.

b.    Current Divisions: If you wish to print transcripts for students who are currently in a specific division, select a division group that contains those divisions in the Student Master Current Division in this Division Group drop-down list.

c.     Class Code: If you wish to print transcripts only for students from one class (Seniors, for example), select your value (Seniors). The students in the Selected Students group box on the Student Selection tab will be restricted to those students with that class code on their Student Master row.

d.    Location: If you wish to print transcripts only for students from one of your campuses, select that location. The students in the Selected Students group box on the Student Selection tab will be restricted to those students with that location on their Student Master row.

e.    Selected Students: When you click on the Student Selection tab, you will receive the question: "Additional criteria has changed. Do you want to apply the current criteria to the selected students?"

§      If you click Yes, any students currently in the Selected Students group box who do NOT meet the new criteria are moved to the Available Students group box.

§      If you click No, all students previously in the Selected Students group box will remain in the Selected Students group box.
