Organization Tracking for Student Window

This window allows you to enter organizations (i.e., high schools, community colleges, undergraduate colleges, etc.) with which a candidate or student is affiliated. The window is composed of four tabs, but one or more of the tabs may not be available to you depending on function security set for your group in the Tasklist module.

1. Open the Organization Tracking for Student window.

2. Type the ID Number of the student to be tracked, and press Enter.

3. A list of educational organizations associated to the student displays.

4. In a data row, select Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click menu or Options menu.

5. Select/type the necessary information to create the data row.

6. You can enter additional information in the other three tabs (Additional Info, Org Tracking - User Defined, and Additional Info - User Defined).

7. Save.
