Action Lists Window

Prior to entering any information in Notepad, the following must be done:

·       For any given entity, such entity must exist in the Name Master table.

·       Any actions, action lists, events, or event lists must be defined prior to assignment to an ID Number.

The purpose of this window is to allow the definition of action lists to use in Notepad. The defining of an action list includes assigning an action list code, a description, and associated actions.

You can add a new action list by clicking on the New Action List button, which opens the Action List Details window in Add mode. This button is not available until you click on a row.

An existing action list can be edited by clicking on the Edit Action List button, which also produces the Action List Details window but in Modify mode. This button is not available until you click on a row.
