Clicking the Compare Data button on the Review Internet Submission window and the User Defined Forms window opens the Compare Data window.
This window displays the columns that have been submitted by a candidate/student that differ between the database values and the submission values. For each mapping column submitted and differing from the database, the Selected Value column displays the value currently displayed on the parent tab. This value initially defaults to the value from the submission; however, it can be the value from the submission or the value from the database or a manually entered value. The Submitted Value column displays any values that were included on the submission, and the Database Value column displays values that currently exist in the database.
A radio button is located beside each of the column values for each row. If you select a radio button for one of the values and click the OK button, the selected value is put into the corresponding column on the parent tab. By default, all of the Selected Value radio buttons are selected. If you want to select all of the radio buttons for one of the columns, click on the corresponding radio button in the Select All group box at the top of the window.

Options may not be available for some rows, in which case the rows cannot be modified through this window. For example, the Last HS mapping column is not available for editing on the Compare Data window if the selected Organization ID does not have an org_type of 'HS'. In this example, the Last High School checkbox is not available on the Additional Info subtab (Organizations tab of the Process Internet Submissions window). |

· Clicking the OK button closes the Compare Data window and applies the selected values back to the Review Internet Submissions window or the User Defined Columns window.
· Clicking the Cancel button closes the Compare Data window and does not apply any selections you may have made.
