Enter the text of the note you want to add, and click OK. The note is displayed in the Item Description column or when you hover over the column in the Notepad window.
The Options group box allows you to select the Display on Web checkbox and the Module.
Notes created by clicking the Create Note button on the Process Internet Submissions window are displayed in the Item Description window. When you close this window, the Submission row is moved to the SUBMISSION_HISTORY table and the new note is added to the ITEMS table.
