This window allows you to define and maintain POE Loads that are used by PowerFAIDS. You can enter minimum and maximum credit hour ranges for each of the four POE Load codes used by PowerFAIDS based on the division of the student.
This table must be set up properly in order for the Credit Hours Update/Report to execute properly. Based on the student's division set in the Financial Aid Master window and where the student's calculated enrolled hours fit between the minimum and maximum hours range, the POE Load is selected and assigned to the student in the Financial Aid Master.
A typical setup may resemble the following screen shot:
