Event Schedule Window

 

The Planned and Confirmed values in the Attendance group box in the Event header are updated by the system. These values are the totals of the Planned and Confirmed columns from all associated activities for this event.

Please be aware that if you use Campus Visit Scheduling functionality with Notepad Events and you use the same Event for scheduling all campus visits, you may reach the 99,999 attendee limitation for any given Event. If you do reach this maximum number of attendees, you will need to create another Event for your future campus visits. Therefore, you might consider creating different Events for each counselor, creating an Event for each year, or use some other logical breakdown so there is less chance that you will reach the 99,999 attendee limitation.

This window is used to add or modify events and the information pertaining to events (i.e., event code, description, start date and start time, etc.). This window is accessed by clicking the New Event or Edit Event buttons in the Events window.

The top row displays counts and fee information from two views: EVENT_MASTER_SUM_V and EVENT_SCHEDULE_SUM_V. Both the Event Master and Event Schedule rows also show the number confirmed and actual revenues based on the values in the Items table for the displayed event. Since this information is coming from a view, the information is always current and no inconsistencies will exist between the Items table and the Event tables.
