1. Access the Receipt Entry window.
2. Click the New Detail button. The Receipt Entry Detail window appears.
3. In the ID Number field, enter or select the ID Number of the student making the payment. The unpaid sanction fine pop-up widow appears.

To quickly search for a student, right-click and select Advanced Search. The Name Search window appears where you can search for students by first, last, or preferred name as well as email address and state. |
4. From the pop-up window, click the Yes button. The Select Student Life Changes to Pay window appears.
5. From the sanction fines listed, chose a receipt code and select the Pay? checkbox(es) to determine which sanction fines the payment is to be applied against.
6. Click the OK button. The Select Student Life Changes to Pay window closes and the Receipt Entry Detail window reappears.
7. In the Amount Tendered field, enter the payment amount.
8. Click the Save button. If the sanction fine is paid in full, the sanction status is updated.
