Select Invoices for Payment Window

Use this window to determine what invoices can be included in this pay run. The following icons easily identify which invoices can be included:

Indicates all invoice line items have supporting documentation as required and all line items been received. This invoice can be included in the check run.
Indicates that not all invoice line items have been received and/or required supporting documentation is missing. This invoice can be included, but be aware the invoice is incomplete.
Indicates that invoice line items have been returned. This invoice can be included, but should likely not be paid for if it was returned.

A Subsidiary Group must be selected from the drop-down options and a date must be entered or selected in the Invoices Scheduled to be Paid on or Before column before you can select the invoices to be included for payment.

When you have selected the invoice criteria from the Retrieve These Invoices for Review section, click the Retrieve button to display the invoices that meet the criteria you have selected. To reduce processing time to retrieve results, leave the Show Feedback checkbox unselected. Current information on cash available before and after payment appears in the Cash Available group box.
