Term Hours

Term Hours are stored on the Student Term Summary table. The value is taken from the row for the Year and Term stored as the Most Recent Year Enrolled and Most Recent Term Enrolled on the Student Master table. This column is view only and will be updated when the Student Term Summary table is updated. This occurs when records are saved on the Student Registration window or when the PT/FT Update is performed.

If you select Academic Credit Varies by Division on the Registration Configuration window, the word "hours" will be replaced with the label you created on the Division Definition window for the following column headers: Term Hours and PT/FT Hours.
