Activity Clubs are events (or occurrences) or organizations that are tracked by the Activities and Organizations functionality. This information is used as a base or template of information that is copied when you associate an Activity with a Session to form a Session Activity. The Session Activity information that is defaulted from the Activity Club can then be modified for the Session as desired. Your organization should define your Activity Clubs that will most likely be tracked as Session Activities.
Activity Clubs are defined in the Activity Club Definition window and stored in the Activity Club Definition table. Activity Clubs must be defined before you can track a person's involvement in clubs, meetings, etc.
