This window has three tabs that allow you to define exactly how you want certain functions in the system to behave according to the way your organization operates.

Use this tab to customize such items as the beginning and end of your fiscal year, whether you wish to automatically grant soft credit to donors who are related to other donors, which folder on your system will store your thank you letters, how pledge transactions appear on several windows, etc. |

This tab stores information that determines certain limits and other rules about how gift information flows from the Development/Alumni module to the Business Office module. If you want to be in full compliance with FASB and use the Development/Alumni Module to its fullest extent, then you need to enter this information whether or not you have the Business Office module. |

This tab allows you to select the receipt format to use, define how the donor's name will appear on the receipt, determine whether the receipt text can be changed, and enter any additional text to be printed on the receipt. The default for Receipt to Use is <Receipt 1>. |
