1.         Open the Campaign Definition window.

2.         To add a new campaign, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

3.         Type in the new Campaign Code and Description.

4.         If your institution is licensed to use CRM Constituent in JICS, the For Web? checkbox is available.

a.    If you want this campaign to display for selection in the Online Giving portlet of CRM Constituent, select this checkbox.

b.    If you do not want this campaign to display for selection in the Online Giving portlet of CRM Constituent, clear the checkbox.

5.         Save.

6.         Enter additional information about the campaign in the Campaign Detail window, double-click on the Campaign row or select Edit Campaign Definition from the right-click or Options menu for the selected row.

2.    Enter additional information about the campaign in the Campaign Detail window, double-click on the Campaign row or select Edit Campaign Definition from the right-click or Options menu for the selected row.

3.         Add information on the Details tab. Save.

4.         To define level information about the campaign, click the Levels tab.

a.    To add a level row, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

b.    Enter the level code, description, limits, etc.

c.     Save.

5.         To plan solicitation information about the campaign, click the Solicitations tab.

a.    To add a Solicitation row, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

b.    Enter solicitation information.

c.     Save.

6.         Click the Staff/Volunteers tab to enter role information related to the campaign.

a.    To add a Staff row, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

b.    Enter staff information.

c.     Save.
