1.    Open the Maintain Table Values window.

2.    Choose Column Name of rm_stup_cde.

3.    Choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click menu.

4.    Enter the required information to create the data row.

5.    Save.

OR

6.    From any Room Setup Code column in any module, chose Maintenance Screen from the right-click menu.

7.    The Maintain Table Values window opens with the Column Name of rm_stup_cde.

8.    Choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click menu.

9.    Enter the required information to create the data row.

10.  Save.

 

1.    Open the Room Setup Details window:

From any Room Definition window | right-click in row | choose Room Details | right-click in window | choose Room Setup Details

From any Room Setup tab | right-click on row | choose Room Setup Details

2.    Select the location, building, and room codes from their respective drop-down lists.

3.    Select/Enter information in the columns in the Setup Details group box.

4.    Save.
