Editing and maintenance of specific requirement definitions (such as minimum GPA) is done via the Requirement Definition window. Entering and maintenance of values for a particular requirement for a candidacy is done through the candidacy record. A candidate's GPA is maintained via Organization Tracking so that the GPA can be associated with the organization. Test scores are updated via the Edit Test Scores window, etc. |

The only editable column is Actual Units (e.g., math, English, etc.), which is only available if the Requirement Type is Unit. Depending on the requirement type, the following columns may be available:
