Prior to preregistering students for an upcoming term, you must define the following:
· Override authorities
· Holds
· Repeat course rules
· Prerequisite, corequisite and prohibited courses
· PT/FT levels for both the regular PT/FT table and the NSLC PT/FT table
This status indicates that a student plans to enroll in the section but is not yet officially enrolled. The course enrollment total on the Section Master reflects the number of pre-registered students and compares the total with the course capacity to determine if the course is full.
Pre-registrations can be changed to a current status by:
· Using online registration to change the status on a student-by-student basis
· Using the Pre-registration to Current Registration option, which allows the selection of a group of student courses and moving them to a current registration at the same time (this option does not allow you to verify individual registrations)
