When you click this button on the Create/Update SEVIS Records tab, the system uses the selection criteria specified and the parameters entered to select all ID Numbers from the Biograph Master table where ACTIVE_SEVIS_RCD = Y and ACTION_TYPE = Update and LOCKED_RECORD in the SEVIS_GENERAL table = N and updates the history tables.
