1.    Highlight the appropriate name.

2.    Choose Delete Row from the right-click menu.

3.    The following confirmation message displays: "You are about to delete all the Student (or Exchange Visitor) data for XXXX from the tables containing current data. Continue?"

a.    If the deleted row is for a student and you click Yes, then rows from the following current tables will be deleted: SEVIS_GENERAL, SEVIS_STUDENT, SEVIS_STU_FINANCIAL, and SEVIS_STU_EMPLOYER.

b.    If the deleted row is for an exchange visitor and you click Yes, then rows from the following current tables will be deleted: SEVIS_GENERAL, SEVIS_EV, SEVIS_EV_FINANCIAL, and SEVIS_EV_SITE_OF_ACTIVITY.

4.    The display will be refreshed, and the name that immediately followed the deleted name will be highlighted.
