SMS

This checkbox identifies SMS-enabled phone numbers. SMS stands for short message service and indicates if a phone number can receive/send text messages.

To receive J1 Web text interactions, recipients must have one SMS-capable phone in the system.

• If a phone number can receive/send text messages, the SMS checkbox is selected.
• If a phone number cannot receive/send text messages or if texting capabilities are unknown, the SMS checkbox is not selected.
