When an application is received from a candidate, a manual change must be made to the candidate's record to change the candidacy to this model stage. Once a candidacy enters an application stage and the record is accepted, the following process occurs:
Step 1: |
A requirements list is automatically attached based on your stage configuration defaults. (If your organization is not using the stage configuration defaults, a requirements list will not automatically appear; however, one can be manually attached.) |

Step 2: |
The requirements list will be reviewed automatically to determine if any requirements have been received, are complete, and have met the minimums. |

Step 3: |
If the Program Control feature is turned on and all requirements are marked with a Y in the Received column and a C in the Complete Code column, the candidacy will move to a pending stage after the record is updated. |

Step 4: |
When a candidate moves immediately from an application stage to a pending stage, candidacy history is date-stamped with the application stage. |
