This window allows you to view a list of violations for a student.
· When opening the Student Violation History Report window from the Violation Inquiry window, the Violations column is selected and will print all violations for the student if not changed
· When opening the Student Violation History Report window from the Vehicle Violation Inquiry window, the Vehicle Violations column is selected and will print all vehicle violations for the student if not changed.
You can specify the following criteria:
All (both General and Restricted Access)
Violations
Vehicle Violations
To customize the original report, click the Customize button. If you customize this report, it is mandatory that you honor the naming convention. If you customize the r_stud_viol_history_rpt report, then the new report's name must begin with r_stud_viol_history_rpt. If the customized report is not named according to this rule, it may not appear as an option in the Reports drop-down list box.
Click the Preview radio button to view the report before printing. Click the Immediate button to send the report to the selected printer.
