This window is used to generate a group of student schedules as defined by year, term, and sections. If no additional criterion is used, a student schedule report is generated for all students in the year and term designated. However, you can choose one or more selection criteria before printing or previewing the report.
· When you select the Print Schedule checkbox on the Controls tab of the Register by Student window, J1 uses the report format last selected from this drop-down list.
· If you select Academic Credit Varies by Division on the Registration Configuration window, the Hours header will be replaced with the label you created on the Division Definition window.
· Message: This message appears on
the reports you generate here. The default message is maintained on the
Registration Configuration window, Registration Configuration tab, Messages
group. The default message appears here and on the Student Registration.
Here on the Student Schedules Report window, you can temporarily edit the
message. Your edit will appear on reports you generate while you still
have the window open, but the edit isn't saved when you close the window.
The next time you or someone else opens this window, the default message
from the Registration Configuration window appears.
The message can be up to 360 characters.

· The year and term must be specified for the report criteria in the Required Selection. An additional checkbox for book list is also available (if textbooks have been assigned, you can request that the list be printed on a student's schedule). You may also view the address list and select the order in which you would like to search for addresses. To view the list and set the priority or view the priority that has already been defined, press the ... button.
