This window is available if your school is licensed for Scholarship GPA.
The Scholarship GPA Update process updates a student's scholarship eligibility on the GPA Tier History table.
This window contains three group boxes: Select Students, Selected Years and Terms, and Processes.
You may use a Query or choose an individual student ID Number for the Update process. The Original query will select all students who have ever been identified as eligible for the Special GPA. The other query prefixed with _current will select only students where their most recent year and term enrolled is the same as the current year and term that has been identified on the Registration Configuration window. You may also click on the Customize button to create a customized InfoMaker report.
The current year and term from the Registration Configuration window will automatically default into this group box. You may click on the Change button to select a different year and term. This will open the Select Report Criteria window, which can be used to select one or more year and term combinations to be included in the update process. If the year and term columns are left blank, all students will be displayed. The Term Begin and Term End Dates displayed are taken from the Year/Term Table definition.
One of the following processes must be selected for an update to occur. You may select both of the Create or Clear checkboxes to have these processes run at the same time.
