This window allows you to view or modify the Transmittal Header information created during the Create Transmittal process.
The student information reported to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) is grouped by FICE and Branch code. Each set of data includes a Header record, the student detail records, and a Trailer record. After you have created the transmittal files used to generate reports to the NSC, you may need to edit Header records manually. However, be careful when you edit Header records because J1 does not check the validity of your entries.
The Header identifies the student records that are to be included in this set of data.
