In J1 Web, authorizations are called "overrides." Therefore, if your school has J1 Web Overrides turned on, this tab is called the Overrides tab, and the Granted Authorization Condition Count group box is called "Granted Override Counts". |
Course Authorizations are listed in the window grid dependent on the selected Current/History radio button.
· Select the Current radio button to view Course Authorizations for the current year and term.
· Select the History radio button to view all Course Authorizations for the selected course.
This section shows how many displayed course authorizations are due to Course Capacity (C), Course Requisite (R), Registration Permission Required (P), and Schedule Conflict (S).
The data grid shows the authorizations (or overrides) for the course-year-term combination. Elements include the authorization Status, ID and Name, the authorization Type, and Reason, as well as who added the authorization and when.
If your school has J1 Web Overrides turned on, then two more columns appear.
· The Note is made by the person granting the override.
· The Email is an automatic message to the student telling whether an override has been granted, denied, or revoked.
Hover over either of the icons to view the text. No icon appears if
there's no note or email text.
