This column contains the final date (within 150% of normal time) by which a member of a cohort group must finish the program.
The following excerpt was taken from IPEDS Graduation Rate Survey: Guidelines for Survey Respondents:
"Many bachelor's degree programs are outlined as 4-year programs (8 semesters) usually fall and spring. Extending this to 150% (1.5 x 8) would take 12 semesters or through the end of the spring term of the sixth year. Similarly, an associate's degree that is advertised as a 2-year program (6 quarters: fall, winter, spring, with no scheduled summer quarter) would extend to (1.5 x 6) 9 quarters or through the end of the spring quarter of the third year."
