The Registration Clearance/Approval window and this tab are available only if your school is licensed for campus portal (JICS) CRM Faculty.
The Advisor Approval tab on the Registration Clearance/Approval window only displays information about students in a Web Registration Group that requires Advisor Approval.
The Students column on the left displays a list of students who have received advisor approval for all their courses (indicated by a green check mark), students who have been denied advisor approval (indicated by a red X), or students who have not yet received approval or have not registered for any classes that require advisor approval.
When a student is selected, all classes that require advisor approval appear in the Registered Courses Requiring Approval group box.
To change the Registration Status:
· A student's Registration Status can be changed from Reserved to Current on the Add/Drop Courses screen in the Advisee Roster portlet if the user has Advisor privileges for that student.
· A student's status can also be changed from Reserved to Current in the Student Registration window by users who have permissions on the CRM Module Permissions tab in the Permissions window.
