The Reports tab of the Maintain Authorization Groups Window is used to view information on what active courses or what groups exist in the system.
To generate a report, first use the Category drop-down list box to determine if you want to view a report of Active Courses or of Groups & Members. Then select whether the report will be for All Groups or the Selected Group. You can use the original Report, use a customized report (where available) or click the customize button to edit the default report in InfoMaker.
Once all criteria are selected, click the Preview button to see the contents of the report in the preview pane. To print the report, click Print This Report. To save the information displayed in the preview pane to an external file, click Save Data.
