This icon opens the Edit - HTML data window and allows you to view/edit HTML code.This configuration option on the Registration Configuration tab of the Registration Configuration window allows you to edit catalog and/or course text in one of two formats:
· Text
· HTML
If you select the HTML format, a Preview/Design icon () is available on the Course Description tab in the Catalog window and the Course Budget tab in the Courses and NT Courses windows. This icon opens the Edit - HTML data window and allows you to view/edit HTML code.
· When a different text format is selected, data in the CATALOG_MASTER.CATALOG_TEXT and SECTION_MASTER.COURSE_TEXT tables are converted to the newly selected text format. The Note in the Change Text Format window alerts you to this conversion.
· To lock the tables during the conversion process, click the Next... button. A note indicates that the tables are locking.
· You have 60 seconds (counts down beside the Cancel button) to decide if you want to continue with the conversion.
o If you do not click the Next... button within the 60 seconds, the conversion will abort and the window closes.
o If you want to continue with the data conversion, click the Next... button. However, you can click the Abort button during the data conversion process.
· The Note in the Change Text Format window indicates when the data conversion is completed. You are returned to the Registration Configuration tab when you click the Close button.
