Approval Alternates Window

Purchasing Module Setup window | Approvals Tab | click Assign alternate approvers for specific date ranges

Use this window to name alternates to approve requisitions in place of the original user. You can specify the original user, the alternate user, and a date range that the alternate is active to approve requisitions.
