1. Open the Timecard Entry window.
2. The Batch tab is active.
3. Select the batch from the Batch tab.
4. Select the Long Timecard Entry tab, and select the timecard for which you want to add or change taxes.
5. Select the Separate Timecard checkbox.
6. Open the Tax Details window (Option, Taxes).
7. Add, change, or delete the tax records.
8. To add a tax, choose Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.
9. To delete a tax, select the tax, then choose Delete Row from the right-click or Options menu.
10. Save.
