This tab is active when the Gift Transaction Details window opens. If you edit information in the Category, Donor, Giving Relationship, Gift Data, or Sub Class columns and Save, the Changed Transaction Audit window is displayed. Enter the required information and click OK. This information is saved to the Gift Audit Transactions table.
If you edit data in the Category, Donor, Constituency Code, Gift Data, or Sub Class columns and Save, the Changed Transaction Audit window will be displayed. Enter the required information and click OK. This information is saved to the Gift Audit Transactions table.
If the transaction being viewed has already been booked (BOOKED_YN = 'Y'), the Trans Amt, Gift Date, Category, Donor (ID Number), Sub Class and Soft Credit columns are view only.
