Change Name Formatting Style Window

Search for window in My Workspace or click the Name Format button on the Receipt Config tab of the Development Configuration window

This window allows you to select from a drop-down list box your preference of name formats.

This selected value is saved as a user preference for each J1 Desktop User on a specific machine.

These formats control the way names appear on receipts and pledge reminders. This preference does not affect the format of names used in letters and most reports.

John P. Student's preferred name is Stu. If you choose the First/Last name format, John Student will display on receipts and pledge reminders. If you choose the Preferred/Last name format, Stu Student will display on receipts and pledge reminders.
